The athletes in the WNBA are powerful on and off the court, especially as influencers. SeeHer has created the Gender Equality Measure (GEM™), the industry standard measurement for understanding gender equality in advertising and media. This panel will analyze how marketers can use this new tool as well as outline some of the top scoring WNBA players. We will also discuss the Ad Council’s influencer program “Creators for Good” and address how GEM™ can help select talent given the high-bar necessary for public service campaigns.

More than a dozen New York City high schools will come together as part of the Ad Club of New York’s 18th Annual “Advertising Futures Competition.” Three-hundred students will break off into teams to create ad campaigns based on the Ad Council’s “She Can STEM” campaign.
