Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) & Shared Interest Groups (SIGs)
These vibrant, affirming groups help us value, celebrate, and support the unique characteristics that make each person at the Ad Council who they are. They include:

BABY GOT TRACK
- A community that fosters the love of joyful movement, like running and walking, and provides a sense of belonging to its members, regardless of pace and abilities.

B.L.A.C. (Black Ladies of Ad Council)
- A group that fosters open conversations to celebrate Black women while providing a sense of community, support and belonging.

DIG
- The Disabilities Inclusion Group ("DIG") is a supportive forum for disabled staff and staff with disabilities, wherever they may be in their journey.

THE MIGHTY
- A supportive space to promote mental and physical health. Our goal is to reduce stigma and silence around these areas and create practices that cultivate stronger and healthier minds and bodies.

THE GREEN TEAM
- A shared interest group for staff who are passionate about pursuing sustainable lifestyles. Their goal is to build a supportive, climate-conscious community to share best practices and learn from professionals in the field of sustainability.

MOSAIC
- A place to celebrate and uplift people of color, foster a sense of community, discuss challenges in and out of work, and offer one another support.

PRISM
- A joyful, supportive and uplifting forum to celebrate and uplift employees who identify as LGBTQ+, serving as a safe place for both conversation and action.

- This group provides community and resources around parenting challenges at different ages and stages, and the struggles of balancing home and work life.
Summer Internships
Our Summer Internships are back! The Ad Council internships are a remote-friendly, paid, 10-week program from June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Applications will be open from February 2025 - March 2025.
